This Precious Moment Charm necklace has a cute little bear holding his heart. The heart looks like the sheen of mother of pearl. It states it is silver plated. Over the silver chain plating they finish with gold plating giving it sparkle. I did open one to check the length of the chain. It is 18" with 2" extra so you can size it to fit.
