I don't take refunds if bracelet breaks, I used to wear bracelets I made every day and they only started looking rough after a whole school year, (I did chew on them and pull then a bit, so that mightve been the reason they were looking bad). I had a friend wear his for 3 weeks straight and it still looks brand new! If the bracelet I sold to you is poorly made -- with proof, I'll refund you but please don't alter the bracelet for a free refund. I don't take returns after a week due, sorry!
