It is Unsigned. It features Marilyn laughing as her skirt blows up while standing on a subway grate, during the filming of “The Seven Year Itch” movie in 1954. Well made brooch has four layers of pieced Acrylic solid hard plastic in shades of pearlized/ moonglow white, orange, yellow, red, black & skin tone–plus, some sparkly gold glitter in the earring. IT’S BEAUTIFUL & WAY COOL! 🙂 Large brooch has an open C-type clasp in working condition, measures approximately 2 5/8″ x 2 1/2″ x 3/8″, and weighs 0.45 ounces.
