All rings are checked for accurate size before being shipped to ensure the correct size requested is sent. However, if the wrong size is purchased we will gladly exchange it for a different size within 30 days [terms available under returns & exchanges]. If you happen to order the wrong size, please, contact us for information on how to exchange your ring for a different size. How do I find my size? Since there is no way for us to size an individual over the internet, we always recommend visiting a local jeweler to be sized for the same type rings in the same width being purchased. Buyers are responsible for their own size selection as we can only ensure the size selected is the size shipped. Please note, all customers will get the US size ordered. However, if a different size is needed upon arrival, returns/exchanges are also available and subject to the terms of listing [please refer to the returns/exchange section of listing for details]. If a return/exchange is needed, please contact us for the proper instructions. Majority of orders ship out same day if purchased by 1:00pm PST (Monday – Friday / excluding holidays). Orders placed after cut-off ship out next business day. Orders must be shipped to buyer’s confirmed PayPal address. Please ensure your address is up to date and clearly entered during checkout before completing any order. Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail 2-5 business days. Upgrade options available at checkout. International orders ship via standard international mail 9-15 business days (unless upgraded during checkout). Please keep in mind international delivery times can vary due to customs clearance in buyer’s country. Please be patient as we cannot control foreign customs clearance and postal procedures. International customers, please provide a valid phone number during checkout. Size Exchanges (Domestic): We do not charge for first domestic exchanges (one per household). Each additional exchange incurs cost of shipping new item via USPS with tracking. Any price difference of item will be credited or billed upon processing. When applicable, outstanding balances are due prior to new item shipping. Please contact us before sending any item; otherwise your exchange will not be processed. Size Exchanges (International): All international exchanges require international shipping cost to be remitted prior to the new item shipping. Shipping method may be upgraded upon request. Any price difference for exchange will be credited or billed upon processing of the exchange. Outstanding balances, including shipping, must be remitted prior to the exchange shipping. Please contact us for necessary instructions before sending any item. Otherwise, your exchange will not be processed. ATTENTION: Please do NOT send ring in stamped letter envelope as it will not feed through the post offices sorting machine and can lead to damage or lost item. It is recommended to ship from your local Post Office using a padded mailer, or simply package item using original packaging it arrived in. This will also ensure sufficient postage is paid as we are not responsible for insufficient packaging or postage dues. Adding a tracking number is also highly recommended, but not required.
