This is a new item, silver toned. I don’t know what the base mental is sorry. Stones are Cubic Zirconia. To me, this is a size 8, however it measures as a 7.5 The main stone is quite big but not too big where it will get in the way or get bashed on things. Please keep this in mind and remember – finger size can fluctuate when hot/ cold.
